Mission

The Nautilus Fellowship revives Renaissance-style patronage for young creators pursuing ambitious projects. Fellows receive space, funding, and community support to dedicate themselves fully to their craft.

Program Details

Fellows receive full housing, food, and equipment funding with no equity or payback requirements.

Supported Projects

  1. 01Deep, focused work in any creative or technical field
  2. 02Cross-disciplinary explorations
  3. 03Both existing projects and new creative pursuits
  4. 04Individual creators committed to their craft

Not Supported

  1. 01Part-time commitments (no concurrent school/work)
  2. 02Team applications
  3. 03Projects requiring more than 4 months to show progress
  4. 04Commercial projects with existing funding

  • ·Living Space: Private rooms in Casa Nautilus, San Francisco
  • ·Community: 5-10 fellow creators in residence
  • ·Mentorship: Weekly check-ins and expert workshops
  • ·Resources: Dedicated workspace and equipment funding
  • ·Network: Access to local tech/art events and industry connections
