Mission

Éire Ventures aims to support ambitious individuals and entrepreneurs at the earliest stages, providing fast, flexible micro-grants to catalyze new projects. The program is especially interested in applicants aligned with Éire Ventures' mission of empowering builders and early-stage founders.

What Éire Ventures Funds

• ·$500 micro-grants for individuals and entrepreneurs to kickstart projects or experiments
• ·Optional $10,000 investment (SAFE, no valuation cap, MFN) for select grantees who opt in and form a corporate entity
• ·No claim on IP or rights in the work produced

Application Process

Key Application Steps

1. 01Online Application Form

2. 02Interview
   • —15-minute interview for selected applicants (rolling basis)
   • —Notification within 1 hour post-interview
3. 03Decision & Payment
   • —Payment initiated by end of the month in which the milestone is completed
   • —Requires invoice (paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe)

Deliverables

• ·Post-grant: Grantees must submit:
  • —Title/headline of accomplishment
  • —280-character tweet-style summary
  • —500-word summary
• ·With permission, Éire Ventures will publicly announce the recipient and project

Investment Option

• ·$10,000 investment (SAFE, no valuation cap, MFN) available to grantees who opt in and have a corporate entity (Delaware C Corp or Irish Limited preferred)
• ·Cannot apply directly for investment without first completing a micro-grant
